Stream Avatars has its own built-in palette editor for color swaps, which you are allowed to freely adjust yourself if you'd like. it can be tedious, so the setup options included in the commission pricing are for your convenience of being able to import the entire file at once :) i also test color compatibility with accessories for the best match before the final delivery etc. etc.^

TERMS OF SERVICE
☆ PAYMENT ☆
1 - All prices listed in $USD. I currently accept: Stripe / Paypal
2 - I require 100% payment upfront to confirm your order and queue spot before I begin working on your commission
3 - If payment is not made in a timely manner (15 days) after a price is agreed upon and I have sent an invoice, I will send a reminder. If there is still no response or updates in the next few days, the commission slot will be cancelled and I will move on to the next person in queue.
4 - I will initiate the transaction to avoid accidental transactions. Please don't send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed I can accept your commission AND have asked for payment
5 - Prices listed are for the main intended usage of art. Stream Avatar art files may only be used with the Stream Avatars software, Twitch badge/emote/panel art may only be used as badges/emotes/panels, etc.
*An exception to this: emotes may be freely reuploaded to Discord!
Please discuss with me beforehand if you are interested in other art repurposing or commercial usage, such as merch.
5 - You reserve the right to set a deadline for your commission. This deadline must be disclosed prior to payment. A rush order fee may apply depending on the situation (please check my comm form for the latest update).
6 - I have the right to refuse a commission for reasons including but not limited to: I will not be able to finish within a specific deadline; I do not feel confident I can draw a quality product of your character(s)
7 - All commissions are non-refundable unless I have not started working on it yet three weeks after payment OR I cannot finish within the agreed upon deadline
8 - I reserve the right to cancel a commission and issue a full refund if I can no longer work on a paid project for any reason☆ THE PROCESS ☆
1 - Please have reference images/gifs prepared! Due to the nature of pixel art and the small canvas i use, excess details may need to be omitted or extremely simplified :') thank you for your understanding!
2 - I have the right to live-stream the commission process or share progress WIPs on social media; there will be an option to allow/deny this on the order form
3 - General turnaround time depends on your position on my waitlist queue but you can expect finished art after 1-2 months; feel free to check the status of things here!
4 - You reserve the right to be notified of any delays
5 - Changing your order: You may request changes to your current order if the base art has not yet begun (meaning, beyond concept doodles and rough drafts).
6 - After the drafts for each stage have been approved, I will only accept minor revision requests unless I have made an error (i.e. missing accessories, wrong eye color, etc.).
The stages for different art types vary slightly, but generally it will go like: 'messy doodle draft + color palette check > base animation movements (if applicable) > polished review'
7 - In the absence of feedback from the customer 3 weeks after an order is delivered, your commission will be marked as complete and any changes to the final art (excluding major mistakes or missing parts) will be subject to a fee.☆ USAGE ☆
1 - You may not claim my art as your own, reproduce or make merch using my art, distribute my art for others to freely use/edit, heavily reference/copy/trace my art, or resell my art
2 - I require credit by name, link, or tagging me (https://jelleeshop.carrd.co/, Twitch: jelleebun, Twitter @jelleebun) if you post or use my art on your social media or streams; direct tags or links are preferred (I promise you won't be spamming/bothering me :))
3 - I don't allow any of my art being used for anything related to NFTs in any way
4 - I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes and alike. Please do not upload it to any AI sites as this could compromise my artwork.
5 - If you've read this far, mention "erica is cool" at the end of my commission request form for a slight discount on your order or a simple doodle
6 - You may not edit, trace, or modify my art without my permission. Please contact me for changes.
7 - I have the right to post your finished commission with a watermark on any of my social media sites and/or portfolio, unless a full privacy NDA agreement has been paid for☆ FANART POLICY ☆
1 - Requesting fanart stream avatars or emotes means you have read this and allow me the rights to redistribute/re-sell them as stream assets. I will not attempt to exactly replicate art of existing copyrighted characters for individual exclusive use (i.e. BOTW koroks, Pokemon sprites, Genshin slimes, etc). This can be negotiated if there is some personal creative customization included.
2 - Requesting custom accessories of props from existing media for your customs avatar design is fine! (example: korok masks for your custom-designed stream mascot).
3 - The total commission price may be discounted for the client requesting fanart that may be redistributed, such as in the scenario above.[ last updated Feb.2024 ]
